The International Private & Lawful Court of Equity Emporion©™ offers the possibility to initiate a process of equity for any situation in conflict where the parties involved live as living men and women, understanding what Natural Law and Rights are.
Below, you can find a simple breakdown of the procedure to follow in the event of a case:
Process Validation – First Part
A
Please contact us, present your evidence (facts), and we will evaluate to determine if we can proceed with your case.

You will be notified by email whether your case has been accepted or not. If accepted, and with your prior consent, the process will begin and the involved parties will be notified.
C
The involved parties have twenty days from the notification to present all their evidence (facts), as above all, the right to the presumption of innocence is respected and valued.
NOTICE: Once Step C is reached, if the responding parties do not reply, the International Private & Lawful Court of Equity Emporion©™ will be unable to proceed with the process. We understand that the responding parties are subject to the principles of good faith, honor, and dignity, and based on this, the International Private & Lawful Court of Equity Emporion©™ will issue an affidavit stating the impossibility of completing the procedure due to the lack of good faith, honor, and dignity on the part of the involved respondents.
Process Validation - Second Part

Once the case evaluation is complete, the involved parties will be summoned on two separate sessions to present and defend their facts.

The involved parties are summoned on the same day and time to present their facts, opening a space to reach possible solutions to the conflict.
F
If no amicable solution can be reached between the parties involved, they agree to abide by the assessment made by the members of the Court during the Act of Equity, as entering the process implies their contractual acceptance.
The Court members will evaluate the facts and issue a ruling establishing the just solution.
NOTICE: The members in charge of the process, called the Act of Equity, will remain private and anonymous, as this is the jurisdiction in which they operate. The entire process will be recorded and archived in the records of the International Private & Lawful Court of Equity Emporion©™, with full access granted to the involved parties at any time.
All services provided are exchanged for a donation, which will be determined once the specific conditions of the case are clear.
To ensure that all parties understand the conditions, everything will be reflected in the contract prior to the start of any process. First, it will be signed by the proposing party, and secondly, by the responding party.
All services offered by the International Private & Lawful Court of Equity Emporion©™ do not replace or substitute those that may be provided by Corporations and their governed individuals.
